You can begin the healing process once your pets are safe.
Where can your pets go for safety? By contacting Noah's Rest, you will start the process of providing a safe, temporary shelter for your pet where they will be given time to heal by receiving personal and medical attention, as needed. Noah's Rest partners with local domestic abuse shelters, the State’s Attorney’s Offices, local police, animal control officers and other social service agencies to let domestic abuse victims know that there is somewhere safe for their pets. We hope that by providing assistance to the pets of domestic abuse victims, we can help break the cycle of family violence.
Where can you go for safety? Shelters provide a safe and supportive environment for domestic violence survivors and their children to heal physically and emotionally. Survivors are given the opportunity to address their immediate needs and to make steps towards achieving their goals.
